Bullying

If someone says or does something unintentionally hurtful, and it only happens once, it's RUDE.

 

If someone says or does something intentionally hurtful, and it only happens once, it's MEAN.

 

If someone says or does something that is intentionally hurtful and they keep doing it - even if you've asked them to stop or show that you're upset - it's BULLYING.
