3rd Grade
Welcome to 3rd grade! We, as a grade level, work together as a team to plan and teach the curriculum in a way that it aligns with Bedford County Instructional Pacing Guides. All 3rd grade students are working towards the same objectives and standards. We work together to implement activities and learning experiences that help your child to grow and be ready for the next grade level. We always keep your child’s individual learning style and pacing at the forefront of everything we do. We understand that all children do not learn the same way or in the same amount of time. We take each child’s needs into account in everything we do. We also provide opportunities for your child to grow beyond grade-level expectations and challenge them! In our newsletter each month, you will find the subject-specific objectives and standards that 3rd grade is working on during the month. Finally, please check Class Dojo on a regular/daily basis. This is where you will find important information about your child’s class! You are welcome to message your teacher about any and all questions or concerns. :)
